I was lucky to be introduced to Yoga education in primary school at the age of 7. Learning and practising Yoga developed patience and endurance to understand and respect individuals as unique beings with their experiences and pain. 

Other therapies

I learnt Reiki, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Homeopathy, Iridology, Biochemic Medicine, Aromatherapy, Hatha Yoga which I practised in India and continued to practice in the UK after my accreditation at the College of Practical Homeopathy (2009) and Centre of Homeopathic Education (Regents College affiliated to Middlesex University, 2013).

KNOWLEDGE

I have always believed knowledge is a continuous process of learning and improving so I am on a constant journey of learning through attending courses and webinars. I am grateful for having the opportunity to learn from highly knowledgeable, skilled experts like Dr Elisabeth Phillips of Nutrigold, John Andrews of GNI (Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists International), Caroline Gaskin (leading UK Homeopath), Dr Pratip Banerji (Dr. Prasanta Banerji Homoeopathic Research Foundation), Dr Farokh Master (internationally recognised Homeopath), Ian White (Bush Flower Essences) and likes. It has been a wonderful experience learning from diverse skills.

MY APPROACH

With over a decade of practice as a Health Practitioner, I have come to believe truly in restoring health taking into account the whole individual. This enhances/boosts the quality of life.

Holistic healing using nutritional nourishment, emotional healing, physical exercise, personal hygiene, positive behaviour, clear communication are crucial. They lay the foundations for a sound gene pool and DNA. I have always believed in building strong roots. This has been the key to immense success in treating chronic conditions ranging from hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions like lupus, psoriasis or even in many types of cancers. 

I incorporate Homeopathy, nutrition, iridology, aromatherapy, Yoga, Reiki as the elements of healing in my took kit.
