YOGA
Yoga is an ancient science that was established for all humanity as a path to reunite with the higher self. The word Yoga itself comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Yug’ which means union of the self with the higher self.
Regular Yoga practice helps strengthen the physical body, improve oxygen uptake by the lungs, prevent decay and deterioration of the skeleton including the backbone, all joints and bones in the body, calms the mind, purifies the digestive process, eliminates waste toxic material from the body.
Hatha Yoga, in this ‘HA’ represents the sun's energy and ‘THA’ the moon’s energy; these 2 energies form two neural channels in our body. When the body and mind are completely purified, the solar and lunar neural channels merge into each other. This state is the process where you are actually doing Hatha Yoga, not by mere breathing exercises and postures.
So Yoga is a continuous way of living and being to keep the 2 neural channels merged into each other for strong physical, high mental and spiritual health and abilities.
